Update Product Inventory
Basic 3PL inventory is managed by the warehouse and updated automatically based on completed warehouse operations. Customers cannot manually edit inventory counts.
All inventory changes in Basic GO are driven by completed warehouse operations. Your displayed inventory reflects the physical state of goods in the warehouse.
- Inbound receiving completed and put away
- Returns received, inspected, and restocked
- Adjustment records approved by operations
- Cycle-count corrections completed
- Outbound orders fulfilled and shipped
- Inventory allocated to open outbound orders
- Damaged or defective items removed
- Disposal records completed
You can view your current inventory at any time in Basic GO:
If a storefront like Shopify or Amazon is connected, Basic GO will push available inventory updates to your storefront so your listings reflect fulfillable stock. Stock adjustments made in Basic GO update the available stock in your connected storefront — not the other way around.
If the inventory displayed in Basic GO does not match what you expect, do not attempt to manually adjust it. Contact Basic 3PL Support to request an investigation.
